Nice hotel with amenities like free wi-fi, ski storage, and a cozy bar/lounge. I'll never forget how the staff helped with my suitcases during my first stay. Highly recommend for a fun time! Coming back for Christmas!

I love that it is so close to the lifts. It is easy to go back and forth. Also, it is right in the heart of the village - close to everything (shopping, restaurants, etc.). As their logo says - At the Corner of it All...
The last time I stayed at The Crystal, I was in room 123 and had a wonderfully comfy and cozy room and bed. This time, we had two double bed and BOTh found them to be extemely uncomfortable and lumpy. We did not sleep well during our three night stay which made our bodies sore and made it tougher for skiing and boarding on the mountain each day. Plus, we were told we had a view of the Village Stroll when in fact we did not. We had a view of a dumpster and the back of other buildings. I enjoyed my stay in February much more than this one which is why I came back to stay at The Crystal; however, I will think twice about returning this summer for the mountain bike season, or next winter to board.

Liked our a nice size and fully-equipped rooms.
The hotel was modern and exceptionally clean, had spectacular views of the mountain. The atmosphere created was special! The restaurant here was good which impact the service and quality of food, we both ordered delicious dishes. The location was unbeatable and nice for walking around Whistler Golf Club. The property was set in a leisure area.

Had a fantastic time! The hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking, and the complimentary tote bag was a nice touch. The attached restaurant made dining super convenient.

The room rates were good. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location close to the conference center was very convenient.
For our taste, the room location facing the city stroll was not good because we prefer a more quiet location. The room and the elevators were too warm.

I did not stay long enough to come up with a proper review but during my time there, our room was quite comfortable and made me feel quite at home.

great location but noisy pool area
The location was very nice, right in the heart of the village. Our room had fine mountain views that added to our experience. The staff greeted us with kindness.
The pool area was a bit noisy at times due to unruly guests.

We were impressed with comfort and cleanliness, however we ordered room service twice and on both times it did not arrive and with no apology from staff. The first was 2 beers ordered to our room at 7:00pm by 7:50pm they had not arrived and we had to leave for our dinner res. called to cancel they said "no problem" ???? maybe not for them. Next was the breakfast card, when food did not arrive between 9:30 and 10am as we indicated on the card we called and were told they did not have our room number and did not know where to send our breakfast. I found this odd as the card was collected from our numbered door. Again we had run out of time and checked out without any manner on apology.
For the reasons stated above we would never stay at this hotel again and will not be recommending it. There are plenty of others in the area to choose from. It's just a couple of room service orders but the casual way it was handled by staff was off putting in the moment. My husband was not impressed as he paid our bill.

Awesome stay in Whistler!
Just spent 3 nights here and it was solid! Our room was super comfy and always tidy. The location is perfect, right by shops and restaurants. The lobby area is sunny and inviting. One thing though, it can get a bit noisy late at night, so keep that in mind if you're a light sleeper.
